I greatly enjoyed fantastic and big room here.

I stayed 3 nights and can't wait to go back when visiting Croatia. The location for Novalja was great, so close to Zrće beach, exploring the island, and a well-supplied supermarket, drugstore or various restaurants and bars...

I recently stayed at Hotel Olea for a week and had a fantastic time. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, the heated pool and spa area were just right, and the pool towels were a nice touch. The room was spacious, with comfortable beds and a relaxing view over the sea. The bathroom had quality cosmetics and the neighborhood was quiet, perfect for long walks. The breakfast had a good variety of tasty food and there was also availability of food all day in the hotel restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

booked a double room with balcony. location: the hotel was really close to the city center and a well-supplied supermarket. went to kys pool bar & restaurant for drink or two, set just a pleasant stroll away from the property.

Overall rooms were new-fashioned and absolutely perfect and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe.

The hotel boasts of a wonderful location near all attractions and just a short walk from the beach. You can enjoy good Wi-Fi and bed in the rooms. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools are a plus. guests can take the elevator to the rooftop and enjoy the view.

The hotel staff lacks professional management, leading to aggressive client-facing personnel and insufficient security checks.

The hotel was located within a walking distance to the seafront promenade, supermarket, and various restaurants and bars. The breakfast offered a good selection of food, with two complementary facts included. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. The hotel also had two swimming pools and a spa with two saunas for free use by guests.

The bathroom lacked some minor equipment such as towel rails or pegs and shelves for cosmetic items. The shower also lacked a screen, leaving the whole bathroom wet after every use.

The shower lacked water pressure and the shower gel provided was not of good quality. The AC was either too cold or not working.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Olea in Novalja. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the pool, both indoors and outdoors, which were perfect temperatures in late September. The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the beach and offers free parking. We especially loved the suggestion of creating a rooftop bar for the breathtaking views. we had a wonderful experience at Hotel Olea.

One minor drawback was that some of the guests were loud and young, which occasionally disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the doors in our room were not very soundproof, so we could hear conversations from the hallway.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were great. The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and indoor pool were all in excellent condition. the rooms were well-designed and decorated, with a cozy atmosphere. The location was also very convenient, with a short walk to the beach and the center of town.

There were a couple of downsides to the experience. our reservation for a room with a pool view was not honored, and we ended up with a room overlooking the back of the hotel and the parking lot.
